partnerships.
fostering community, connection & change.
I have the pleasure of working in partnership with the Complete Health Rewire Programme and @IndianBodyCoach, supporting members on a life-changing journey toward better physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
As the programme’s therapist, I help clients gain deeper insight, clarity, and awareness-supporting them in moving through barriers and staying connected to their goals in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Men’s Prosperity Club is a community initiative I co-founded alongside Ronaldo (Premier Property), created to offer free, face-to-face support for men in Birmingham.
Through monthly Walk & Talks in the Jewellery Quarter, nature-based meetups, and relaxed socials, the focus is on building brotherhood, community, and real connection.
I now serve as a community partner, offering therapy access to members who want to go deeper in their healing or personal growth.
Men need space to talk- space that feels safe, supportive, and real.
If you’ve been feeling isolated or craving more meaningful conversation, insight, and friendship, Men’s Prosperity Club might be a place to start.

writing.
I was invited to write a piece for the Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute, reflecting on my experience as a therapist from the South Asian community.
In it, I explored how therapy impacted my own journey, and why reducing stigma and shame around seeking support is so vital-especially in communities where silence has long been the norm.
You can find more of my reflections and thought pieces over on my Journal and LinkedIn, where I write regularly about healing, identity, masculinity, and authenticity.
podcasts.
I was recently a guest on the Build Smart Blueprint podcast, where I spoke about men’s mental health, addiction, and the role of psychoeducation- particularly for small business owners who want to better support their teams.
It was a real conversation about what happens behind the scenes for so many men, and why spaces for emotional honesty are more important than ever.
tv.
I joined Sangat TV as a panel guest to discuss addiction within the South Asian community.
We spoke about the barriers that often stop people from seeking help, and how therapy can offer a path forward- rooted in understanding, not shame.
