individual therapy.
Online or In-Person
This is a space for whatever you’re carrying- the thoughts you keep circling in your head, the feelings that feel too much (or not enough), the patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, or that quiet sense that something just isn’t right.
Individual therapy is a one-to-one, weekly space where we take the time to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. That might mean exploring anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, past trauma, or feeling emotionally stuck.
Together, we’ll look at how your past may still be influencing your present, how you relate to yourself and others, and what might need to shift for you to feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control.
There’s no pressure to have the right words- just space to be met with care, curiosity, and respect.

short- term therapy.
Online or In-Person
Sometimes you don’t need long-term therapy, you just need somewhere to land.
Short-term therapy offers a focused space (usually 6–12 sessions) to explore a specific issue or transition: a breakup, a loss of direction, a life change, or a moment where everything feels a bit too much.
It’s a space to reflect, reset, and find your footing again.
We’ll still go deep. This isn’t surface-level work, but it’s held with a clear structure and time frame in mind.
You don’t have to stay stuck.
This space is here to help you reconnect, recalibrate, and move forward with more clarity.

my approach.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models to meet you- as the unique, evolving person you are.
My foundation is in Gestalt therapy, which focuses on the here-and-now and how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I also draw from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Somatic practices to create a flexible, responsive approach rooted in both emotional depth and practical support.
This isn’t about applying a fixed method.
It’s about finding what works for you, together.
what sessions might look like.
In our sessions, we’ll explore not just what you’re experiencing, but how you’re experiencing it- emotionally, mentally, and physically. There’s space to reflect on your story, yes, but also to slow down and become curious about your moment-to-moment experience.
we might explore.
The patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, even when you're trying to change them.
The critical voice inside you- where it came from, and how it shapes your choices.
The tension you hold in your body when you say yes but mean no, or when you silence your needs to avoid conflict.
This work is gentle, collaborative, and always paced around what feels safe and supportive for you.
therapy as collaboration.
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy isn’t something done to you- it’s something we do together. It’s a relational process where we explore, reflect, and make meaning alongside one another.
You’ll never be told who you should be.
Instead, we’ll work toward greater choice, deeper awareness, and a stronger connection to who you already are- beneath all the noise.
This is a space to grow- not by becoming someone else, but by gently returning to your voice, your needs, and a deeper sense of peace in the present.
