I draw from different therapeutic models to meet you as the unique, evolving person you are.

My foundation is in Gestalt (the here-and-now, and how we relate, in real time). I also draw from Person-Centred therapy, CBT, and somatic practices, so the work can be both emotionally deep and practically supportive.

In practice, that often looks like:

  • slowing things down and noticing what’s happening in the moment

  • making sense of patterns in relationships and self-belief

  • working with thoughts and what’s happening in your body

  • finding changes you can actually take into real life
