Therapy helps you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It can involve understanding how the past has impacted us today, how you are coping at the moment and exploring changes you wish to make in your life.

It can be about finding where you feel "stuck" and working together to discover a way forward.

In therapy, we'll decide on goals together. We'll strategize a way forward and I'll support you in getting there.
